The name Pardeso echoes the Pardes of Torah learning: the orchard whose pathways open from the revealed to the hidden. The slight variation in form marks the platform for what it is—a pathway into the orchard, not the orchard itself.

Pardeso opens a door into the layered wholeness of Torah. It honors a tradition in which the plain, the allusive, the homiletic, and the hidden do not compete with one another, but illuminate one another.
